Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Our products are not intended for use by children under 12 without the supervision of a dental professional.

Products and Descriptions

We work to describe our products accurately. Colors may display differently across devices, and packaging may vary. We reserve the right to modify product specifications or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we'll contact you before charging you and give you the option to cancel.

Promotional pricing is valid only for the stated period. Regular prices reflect prices at which the product has been offered in good faith.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders that violate these terms, or orders placed in quantities suggesting resale without authorization.

Cosmetic Product Notice

Dr Smile Violet Teeth Brightening Strips are a cosmetic product. They are not a dental treatment, medical device, or substitute for professional dental care. Results vary between individuals and depend on the nature and extent of surface staining.

Our strips do not change the color of crowns, veneers, fillings, bonding, or other dental work. Discoloration that originates inside the tooth — from medication, injury, or age-related changes to dentin — may not respond to surface color correction.

Discontinue use and consult a dentist if you experience gum irritation, persistent sensitivity, or any adverse reaction. If you have active dental decay, gum disease, recent dental work, or you are pregnant or nursing, speak with your dentist before use.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is owned by Dr Smile Co or used under license, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

User Submissions

If you submit a review, photo, or video to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in our marketing, on our website, and in advertising, with attribution as you provided it. You confirm the submission is your own and accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
