Refund policy

Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your results. If you're not, we'll refund you.

If you've used the product: Use Dr Smile Violet Teeth Brightening Strips as directed and if you're not satisfied with your results, email us at drsmileco@outlook.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund. You do not need to return the box. Limit one guarantee claim per customer or household.

If the product is unopened: Unopened, unused boxes in original packaging can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first to request a return authorization. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at drsmileco@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You won't be charged return shipping.

Items We Can't Accept for Return

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used product. Opened product is covered by the satisfaction guarantee above instead.

We also cannot refund:

  • Orders placed more than 60 days ago
  • Free gifts or promotional items received at no cost
  • Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect and the package could not be recovered

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email drsmileco@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
  3. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, email us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it if it hasn't shipped. Once shipped, our return policy applies instead.

Before You File a Chargeback

If something's gone wrong with your order, please email us first. We resolve the large majority of issues within 1–2 business days, and we'd rather fix it directly than have you wait out a bank dispute. Our guarantee is real and we honor it.
